I spoke to another architect known in the area recommended by my estate agent whilst purchasing the property. The architect gent said absolutely no way would the council allow permission for the proposed project. He also said that it needed to be a full planning application!!! I googled around and found Sim! What a luck he was! Sim got me a "no prior approval needed " whereas the other gent was saying full application!! I cannot recommend Sim enough

Great experience working with Sim and Guneet. They handled a complex application and secured approval for 3 flats after resolving all issues with Gravesham council. Would definitely recommend.

Sim from DDD was excellent from start to finish. Great communication, swift actions and therefore prompt submission of Planning Application. We now have our permission ahead of our original planned date. This is largely due to Sim visiting site during the Xmas break to take measurements to avoid any delay. Superb! Reasonable pricing too. I would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Sim and team highly enough. We needed help with a retrospective dropped kerb planning submission.
We were fully informed of the process. All clear instructions. Also, gave us a view on the possible outcomes. Turned what felt like a very messy process in to easy steps to follow.

The application itself was very professional including a site visit and drawings. We didn’t need to make any changes to the drafts we reviewed.

Achieved the outcome we wanted. Mainly due to the team. Would definitely recommend.
